What are your favorite art supplies? 

✦PAINTS:

⁎St. Petersburg & Koi watercolors

⁎Any gouache really (at the moment I use HIMI & Arteza)

⁎Dr. Ph. Martin’s Pen-White ink (for highlights)

⁎ECOLINE Liquid watercolor (700-black)

✦PAPER:

⁎Strathmore mixed media paper (i use so much water & paint so many layers! This is the only paper that can withstand the way I paint) 

✦OTHER: (occasionally i do use some of these in my work)

⁎6B & 8B GRAPHITE PENCILS 

⁎Oil pastels (SUPER old, i’m not sure what the brand is anymore)

⁎Prismacolor colored pencils

⁎Various washi tapes for clean lines & packing orders



Do you do commissions?

Yes! My commissions are currently CLOSED.

What packaging materials do you use?

One of the biggest priorities for my shop/life is to keep the earth clean! All of my packaging is recycled, made of recycled materials, or reused materials from my own purchases! (ie bubble wrap to protect fragile items or cardboard to keep prints from bending. I also have an eco-friendly info card so you know how to get rid of all the different materials that may come in your package, in the most eco-conscious way!



Why didn’t my order arrive?

Oh no! Unfortunately because of Covid-19, please allow for an extra 1-2 weeks for domestic shipping (within the USA) & 4-6 weeks internationally. If it still hasn’t arrived, shoot me an email -> urmossprincess@gmail.com

For non-replaceable items like original art and handmade things, if you didn’t purchase a tracking number, I can’t do anything once I hand your package to the post office. If you purchased stickers or a print, email me & I may be able to refund you or resend your items.  



My package/the contents inside are damaged.

No worries! Email me a picture of the damaged goods & I’ll do my best to either, refund you, or resend your items! 

Do you ship internationally?

I do! International shipping is tricky and may take anywhere from 3-10 weeks to arrive. Please email me if you have any issues with your order!

UK customers:

I, Megan Kim, will not be collecting or remitting VAT. This may cause additional delays when your package enters your country. Please monitor your tracking number to make sure that your package doesn’t go to dead mail or get sent back.

International customers will be responsible for any and all fees that your package may incur upon arrival.
